Dispatch duration
After your order is successfully placed it’ll take 12-24 business hours to dispatch your order from our warehouse. Orders which are placed during Saturday & Sunday will be processed on Monday.
Delivery duration
All the orders will take 5 – 7 business days to deliver. Delivery duration is calculated based on the customer’s delivery location.
Prepaid Order:
If your order isn’t processed your total cart value will be completely refunded immediately, if your order is already processed 10% of the total cart value will be charged as a cancellation fee. The balance amount will be refunded to the source account within 2-3 business days.
COD Order:
For all the COD Order we collect ₹99 extra in advance for COD Convenience fee (apart from the product cost).
If there is any dispatching delay or problem form our side the paid advance will be completely refunded, any customer who decides to cancel the COD order after paying the ₹99 COD Convenience fee, it can be completely refunded only after providing a valid reason for cancellation (admin will validate the cancellation reason & make the final decision to provide the refund). Once the customer decides to cancel the COD order further he/ she won’t be able to place a COD order from us. The current COD order will be manually converted as prepaid & it’ll be dispatched.
Once your order is dispatched or in transit, it can’t be cancelled at this point.
Once your order is picked up within 12 business hours, you’ll receive the tracking details through SMS/ WhatsApp and mail. If you haven’t received it, Whatsapp us at 7010360334 and we’ll update you.
For all the Cash on Delivery orders ₹99 must be extra in advance as COD convenience fee. Whatever the product cost, it can be paid during the time of delivery.
All the orders have a total of 3 delivery attempts on various days. During the first delivery attempt, the delivery executive will contact, if you need to reschedule the delivery you can directly coordinate with them. If all the 3 delivery attempts are failed then your package will be automatically sent back to us. Then customers must pay the shipping charges to ship their package again with a different courier partner. If it’s a COD order it’ll be converted to prepaid order.
If a any order needs to be cancelled, we can initiate your refund only when the package is marked as RTO and delivered back to us. 10% of the total cart value is charged as a cancellation fee, it’ll be deducted and the balance amount will be refunded to source account immediately.
Refunds will be initiated within 5-7 business days.
