After your order is successfully placed it’ll take 12-24 business hours to dispatch your order from our warehouse. Orders which are placed during Saturday & Sunday will be processed on Monday.
All the orders will take 5 – 7 business days to deliver. Delivery duration is calculated based on the customer’s delivery location.
Once your order is picked up within 12 business hours, you’ll receive the tracking details through SMS/ WhatsApp and mail. If you haven’t received it, Whatsapp us at 7010360334 and we’ll update you.
Cash on delivery orders are taken through Instagram, DM us if you need to place a COD order. COD service charge ₹99 this must be paid extra in advance + product cost cash during delivery. COD orders can’t be accepted without paying in advance.
All the orders have a total of 3 delivery attempts on various days. During the first delivery attempt, the delivery boy will call you if you need to reschedule the delivery you can directly coordinate with him. If all the 3 delivery attempts are failed then your package will be automatically sent back to us. Then customers must pay the shipping charges to ship their package again in different courier.
