To eliminate fake Cash on delivery orders & to reduce RTO we collect ₹99 as a COD Service Charge in advance, and the rest of whatever product cost can be paid during delivery. We can’t confirm your COD order if a customer isn’t agreeing to pay the COD service charge in advance.
₹99 is charged only for the COD option, shipping charges are already free for all orders. If a customer opts for online payment this ₹99 won’t be applicable, for online orders pay only the product cost no additional charges.
