Returns & Refund Policy
Following are the scope of returns/ refunds of all products. All our returns/ refunds will be bound by the following:
- If a product is found faulty or has a manufacturing defect, or a wrong product is sent to you, we will replace the product as fast as possible to the best of our capabilities.
- A full refund of the amount of that product will be initiated only if the replacement of the same product is not available in stock with us. In all other cases, we will be replacing the product.
- If there are any changes to this rule, the same will be mentioned in the description of the product. Unless anything is specifically mentioned, all products will be bound by the above given policies.
- Regarding the refund of the shipping charge that you incur while shipping the product back to us, we can only refund the amount it cost us to ship the product to you or the cost that you have borne (whichever is lower).
- Products bought during any sale or discount offers cannot be refunded or replaced.
- Upon receiving the product kindly check for damages, size issue or manufacturing defect and upon seeing any damages/ manufacturing defects/ size changes, at earliest report to our customer support 7010360334 or motomonger.in@gmail.com. Damages/ manufacturing defect/ size changes needs to reported within 24hrs and return need to send within 5 days.
- To ensure a smooth experience and for quality assurance purposes, we kindly request that you take an unboxing video when your order arrives, starting from the moment you receive the package without removing the packaging tape. This helps us in case there are any issues with your order and assists in faster resolution.
- A refund video must not be edited or paused, the shipping label must be clearly visible.
- All refunds and returns will be processed in 5-10 Business working days from Moto Monger, but actual refunds may vary depends upon the respective Banks.
