Shipment Processing Time
All the orders will be packed and dispatched within 24 business hours. After your order is confirmed.
Logistics Partners
- Online Payments are shipped through India Post.
- Cash on Delivery Payments are shipped through Delhivery, EKart, and Xpressbees.
We offer free shipping charges for the majority of the products we sell. Free shipping can be done only with the above mentioned logistics partner. If any customers make an online order & want to ship their order in different logistics/ courier services, the full shipping charges must be paid by them. Customers can connect with us through WhatsApp or Instagram if they choose for different logistics/ courier services.
COD orders do not have different logistics/ courier service options. Anyone from the 3 logistics partners will be automatically assigned based on the customer’s delivery location.
Tracking & Delivery
Tracking details will be updated within 1-2 working days after your order confirmation date, tracking details will be sent through SMS or registered mail ID. If you haven’t received the tracking details Whatsapp us your order ID and we will update it manually.
- Online orders will take 3-5 business days to deliver.
- COD orders will take 6-7 business days to deliver.
Order Modifications
If there is any change in the delivery details inform us as soon as possible we can update it manually before dispatching. If the order is dispatched from our side, it’s not possible to edit the provided delivery address or the contact number.
Delivery Attempts
All the logistics/ courier service provides doorstep delivery. There are 3 delivery attempts on different days per order, during the first delivery customers will be updated with the delivery executive’s contact number and can coordinate accordingly. If a customer fails to collect the package in all 3 attempts. The package will be automatically marked as RTO (Return To Origin) and sent back to us.
- For online orders, customers must pay only the extra shipping charges again and it will be shipped by a different logistics/ courier service.
- For COD orders, customers must pay the full product cost + shipping charges and it’ll be shipped in different logistics/ courier service. We won’t provide COD option again if an order is marked as RTO due to a customer fault.
